Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises

One of the best-known names in cruising, Princess Cruises first set sail in 1965 with a single ship cruising to Mexico. Today, the line has grown to become the third largest cruise line in the world, renowned for innovative ships, an array of onboard options, and an environment of exceptional customer service. A recognized leader in worldwide cruising, Princess offers approximately 1.3 million passengers each year the opportunity to escape to the top destinations around the globe, aboard a fleet of 17 modern vessels.

Princess Cruises was catapulted to stardom in 1977 when one of its ships, Pacific Princess, was cast in a starring role on a new television show called "The Love Boat." The weekly series, which introduced millions of viewers to the concept of a sea-going vacation, was an instant hit and both the company name and its "seawitch" logo have remained synonymous with cruising ever since. The show, which can still seen around the world, has been widely credited with fueling the dramatic expansion of the industry.

Comparing after 58 cruises I place Sea Princess and the 35 day cruise to Hawaii and Tahitian Islands from Sydney and return among the best. Due in a large part to the excellent Chef and a very capable cruise director ..Peter .. Who kept the ship ALIVE all the way to Sydney. It is unusual to leave a cruise without some criticism but I have none and I am considering taking the same cruise in 2015 hoping the weather and seas would be as pleasant.

I have been on a few Cruises before but Princess is by far the best so far. From your Room Att. to all the other staff they could not do enough for you, the help they give you and nothing is a problem to them and with the biggest smiles on there faces. The food was Excellent so much choice. I would go again they were the best. So I hope this has helped people looking at this review make up their minds about going on Princess.

My family and I went on this cruise in October 2013, as our last family holiday was in 1995. My husband is quite sick, and my son offered to pay for all 6 of us, and said I can pay him back at a later date, as times are very tough for us at the moment, and this holiday was needed for us all to bond together. My daughter and I went on a Princess cruise before my husband got sick, and it was such an awesome cruiseline, that we just had to do it again. The Princess crew couldn't do enough for us. They are the best. You pay a bit more for their cruises, but the quality is 100%. The dining was wonderful, as this is where we all met up each night, and we celebrated my daughters birthday, where nothing was too much trouble. This was my 3rd cruise, and everything about it was perfect. We will be back. Thank you Princess cruises...

This was my 3rd time cruising to NZ with Princess I love the ships I have travelled on. Very well maintained and the staff are fabulous. I will not travel with any other ship company I have tried a few and always come back to princess. The only disappointment I did have on this last trip were the guest entertainers, but you can always find something else to entertain you.
