The new upgraded ship provides a great new experience for both kids and adults alike. The flowrider absorbed all the time our group had free.

Staff whilst limited were very attentive and certainly made you feel welcomed.

Would travel aboard her again.
Warning don't do it!

This ship is over crowded understaffed, with disgusting dining, you have to cue for 30 minutes to get a coffee in the morning or drink in the bars. Very few activities and they are poorly organised, kids laying around in stairways bored, throwing food from the windjammer for something to do, the kids club promotes a full list of activities but none of it happens. If you want to have a good experience on royal Caribbean be prepared to pay, they have specialty dining you need to pay for, it is always booked out as the main dining room for is terrible. After two weeks on this ship I felt like I walked out of time share seminar, the hard sell sell sell was non stop.... Go get a massage and the they don't let you out unless you buy some over priced oils, each daily notice arrived with more opportunities to spend money, turn on your TV and their is ads non stop about how to spend money on the ship, then you have the photo shop rip off. The customer service across the ship is appalling, the bar staff only get paid a % of the bar taking so if you pre pay your drinks card they totally ignore you. If you want to join an activity like trivia or bingo turn up an hour early to get a seat half the crowd sit on the floor. The entertainment on my 14 night cruise 3 nights were quality, 4 nights were RSL standard the remainder were worse then drunk karaoke. Kids parades at 10:30pm yeah right, no dancing for the old folks or craft for that matter, unless you pay pay pay! Now to my suite, yes I was dumb enough to pay for a suite, where every night with out fail I had sewerage flowing on my bathroom floor, the sinks would turn into an unexpected water feature and the floor drains would start spewing filth from the decks above. I had to throw out several items of clothing, shoes and personal effects because I don't think I would ever want to wear them again. The room attendant was always apologetic and would nightly clean up the mess.... Not once did they offer to compensate for the lost items or move suites, frankly the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any holiday I have had in my life. My family and I are very experienced cruisers and can say with out a doubt our experience was this line is a total shambles and seriously warn other people thinking of getting on it to look elsewhere. From the outside this ship is highly impressive but step aboard and the gloss quickly falls away. We will never cruise with them again.

Whilst I had a great time on this ship and the Refurbishment was good, it still was lacking for the staff point, there seemed to be short a few hundred staff. For such a large ship you can not just rest of all the great space and features, you need to have staff to back it up. the new Windjammer was get no it has been lightened up, the Flow rdier is great and the speciality restaurants are amazing. well worth the money especially as the dinning room is so slow due to lack of staff.

the updated cabins are nice new sofa beds, curtains and Balconies but the same tired bathrooms. the new inside virtual cabins are great but not as cheap as a standard inside cabin.

Easy to get around on this Ship but unfortunately the ice skating rick was broken but I am sure it would be great. Promenade and parades are great fun as is the Pig & Whistle.
