The savings percentage amounts are a comparison between the current lowest available fare and the current highest available fare on the same category, regardless of promotion. Each fare level has its own terms and conditions.

Any shipboard credit is in the currency onboard the ship and is per stateroom. It is non-transferrable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Shipboard credit offer is capacity controlled and subject to availability. Shipboard credit cannot be used at the Medical Centre or the Casino and will expire at 10pm on the last night of the cruise if not used prior. Unless otherwise stated, offer is not combinable with any other offer. Not all sailings are eligible for shipboard credit and may vary from sailing to sailing and category to category. Applicable shipboard credit will be displayed on final booking screen.

Value Select Offer (Incl. Drinks and Wifi): P&O’s Value Plus fare includes a beverage package and 250MB Wifi package for the first 2 guests in the room. The Value Plus fare also includes priority embarkation and tendering for each guest (for the first 100 guests booked on the Value Plus fare per cruise).On cruises 7 nights or more, excluding State of Origin and Melbourne Cup itineraries, the first two guests (lower berths) on the booking will receive the Premium Beverage Package. To receive the Premium Beverage Package, guests must be aged 18 years or over on the date of the cruise departure. Guests under 18 years of age, when they are the first two guests in the booking, will receive a Soft Drink Package. On cruises 6 nights or less, and State of Origin and Melbourne Cup itineraries, the first two guests (lower berths) on the booking will receive a soft drink package. The Premium Beverage Package includes unlimited Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Sunkist Orange, Lemonade, Solo, tonic water, soda water, ginger ale, 600ml bottled water, juice blends, mocktails, beer, ciders, wine, cocktails and spirits up to and including $12 per drink. Items exceeding AU$12 are not included and full charges will apply to these items. Alcoholic drinks are capped at 15 per person per 24 hour period. (6am to 6am). Drinks can only be purchased one at a time by the guest who has purchased the package. If multiple drinks are purchased at one time, the most expensive drink(s) (that is $12 or under) will count towards the drink(s) package and the other drink(s) will be charged to the guest’s onboard account. The Premium Beverage Package does not include energy drinks, espresso coffee drinks,T2 teas, in-room bottled water or apply to room service, food, merchandise items, events, special promotions, sponsorships, charitable partnerships or tastings, beverage and merchandise packaged items, New Zealand Natural ice cream products or cover charges. Service is subject to P&O Cruises’ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Policy, which includes an ability to restrict service. No refunds will be provided where alcohol service is restricted. The Soft Drinks Package includes unlimited glasses of Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Sunkist Orange, Lemonade, Solo, tonic water, soda water and ginger ale. It does not include bottled water, Red Bull or other energy drinks, juice, mocktails, in-room bottled water or orders made through room service. Packages are subject to availability, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a product is unavailable, it will be replaced with a product of equal or higher value. The 250MB data package is to be used onboard during the cruise. Internet service is supplied by satellite and may vary based on weather conditions and location. Due to the time it takes to reach the satellite, internet speeds are not consistent with home broadband.

Supplements apply for other room categories. Some oceanview rooms have obstructed views. Premium Beverage Package is available only to the first 2 guests booked in the lower berths (i.e. passengers 1 and 2) if the passengers are aged 18 years or over on the date of cruise departure, on cruises of 7 nights or more (excluding the 7 night Melbourne Cup sailings – W956 & X047). Premium Beverage Package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Premium Beverage Package includes individual beverage items up to the value of or equal to AUD$13 per item. Alcoholic beverages are limited to 15 beverages per 24-hour period (6am to 6am). Alcoholic beverages requested above this limit are subject to P&O’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Policy and charged at regular menu prices. Non-alcoholic beverages have no daily limit. Service is always subject to P&O’s RSA Policy, which includes an ability to restrict service. Soft Drinks Package is available only to the first 2 guests booked in the lower berths (i.e. passengers 1 and 2), on cruises of 6 nights or less and 7-night Melbourne Cup cruises. Soft Drinks Package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Soft Drinks Package includes unlimited glasses of soft drink such as Coca Cola, soda water and ginger ale. AU$10 per person deposits are exclusive to Cruise Guru. Bookings made on P&O’s Pack’N’Go Sale fare do not qualify for the $10 deposit promotion. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. No further payment is required until the final payment date as specified on your invoice. Not all sailings are eligible for this reduced deposit initiative. Deposit will be collected at time of booking by credit card, no direct transfer is permitted on this promotion. Final cruise balance will automatically be debited on the exiting credit card on file, unless otherwise advised prior to final dates.
