Cruises from Barcelona FAQ’s

How far is Barcelona Cruise Port from City Centre?

The Barcelona cruise port (Moll Adossat) is approximately 5 kilometres away from Barcelona’s city centre. While only a short distance, we still highly recommend taking either an organised shuttle from the cruise line or hiring a taxi to traverse from the port into the city. From there, with a multitude of landmarks within a short distance, walking would suffice.

How do I get to the Barcelona Cruise Port from the Airport?

There are multiple methods of getting to the cruise terminal from the airport. Costing around 40 Euros, the easiest and fastest method would be hiring a taxi from the airport, with the drive taking approximately 30 minutes. You can also organise a shuttle with the cruise line itself or hire a private car with a third party company, but this will likely be the most expensive depending on the size of the car. The cheapest option is by far taking public transport, but what you save in money you lose in time spent, multiple transfers, and longer walking distances. If you’re willing to wait more than an hour in travel time and are comfortable carrying your luggage around, public transport might be the best choice.
